Hi-Impact Planet is working in tandem with relevant Government and health agencies to keep our guests and employees well informed on the provision of assistance on appropriate measures to adopt for wellness.
The safety of guests and employees is our top most priority, and more than ever before.
All guests/staff are expected to wash their hands in the wash hand basins provided, with soap and water for at least 20secs before entry into the park.
After washing hands, guests/staff are expected to go through an automated walk through disinfectant (This checks your temperature, disinfects the whole body and has a sanitizer unit). Anyone with a temperature of 38C or above will not be allowed into the park and resort.
Everyone entering into the facility is expected to read through the safety information at the gate.
(NO MASK NO ENTRY – Anyone without a facemask will not be allowed into our facility).
Security officials will check the temperature of everyone using temperature scanners before entry into the park.
We have a blue ray gun for further disinfection before entry into the amusement park & resort.
There are designated foot markings to create safe social distance while guests are waiting to access the rides/games.
Sanitizers are placed in front of all apartment buildings so that guests can sanitize their hands before access into each building.
Intensive cleaning and sanitization of our room are done daily.
